NJAJ 2019 Atlantic City Boardwalk Seminar Hosts Gina Rubel for Ethics of Law Firm Crisis Planning and Management CLE
Lawyers from PA and NJ to Learn the Ethical Responsibilities in Developing and Implementing Your Law Firm Crisis Response Plan
The New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) will host two-hours of ethics CLE at the NJAJ Boardwalk Conference Solo and Small Firms Programming on May 10 in Atlantic City. Gina Rubel, Esq. will address the Ethics of Law Firm Crisis Planning and Management.
According to Rubel, “When an event threatens the viability or integrity of a law firm, the lawyers have a crisis on their hands. Crises come in all shapes and sizes from the death of a senior partner or a government investigation to a natural disaster (such as Hurricane Sandy), high profile litigation, a cyber or privacy breach, or a workplace issue.”
During Rubel’s session, she will walk attendees through crisis scenarios and how they affect the viability of the law firm. Attendees will learn how to develop a crisis response plan and how to effectively implement the crisis plan in order to manage their law firm’s reputation.
