DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (December 2017) – Furia Rubel Communications, Inc. President and CEO, Gina Rubel, recently presented at a program on crisis response and management to a monthly meeting of the Insured Financial Institutions of the Delaware Valley (IFI).
Held in Plymouth Meeting on Dec. 7, 2017, the meeting featured Rubel’s presentation, “What to Do if Your Bank’s Website is Hacked or Your Customers’ Data is Compromised.” In the presentation, which focused on crisis communications for banks and other financial institutions, Rubel discussed various crisis scenarios including website hacking and customer data skimming. For each scenario, she provided crisis communications strategy and best practices to help mitigate risk to the business.
“Every organization is vulnerable to a crisis,” said Rubel. “Having a solid crisis response plan ready to implement at a moment’s notice gives business leaders a vital tool to protect their companies, staff, and customers – and their business’ hard-earned reputation.”
A strategic marketing expert, attorney and author, Rubel teaches audiences nationwide how to implement ethical, integrated and measurable communication strategies that drive business success. A third-generation attorney, she is a legal marketing expert who has been honored by The Justinian Society with the Lisa A.
